Overview

The Data Engineer (IC1) role is essential to ClassLink's OneData team, focusing on integrating data from multiple sources and extending REST APIs. This position involves collaborating with data and software engineers to enhance the platform as new features are developed.

• Develop new endpoints in a REST API for frontend applications.
• Establish new data sources for the pipeline using various methods.

Requirements

• Experience building applications or REST APIs with Python.
• Proficiency in relational databases, preferably Postgres.
• Experience with a major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Self-starter who enjoys fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytic skills with unstructured datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming or related field.
