Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is experiencing rapid national growth and is seeking a high-performing Healthcare Recruiter & HR Support professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. We hire remote healthcare professionals—including nurses, medical assistants, dietitians, and other care team members—who support patients nationwide through Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for remote clinical roles and select non-clinical positions.
• Achieve a monthly hiring goal of approximately 20–30 new hires.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct high-volume phone interviews and candidate screenings.
• Coordinate next steps, including AI mock calls and Spanish assessments.
• Extend offers and move candidates efficiently through the hiring pipeline.
• Maintain clean and organized ATS documentation.
• Support new hire orientation and early engagement touchpoints.
• Assist with employee relations initiatives and HR projects.
• Collaborate with managers to maintain a positive remote workplace culture.
