Junior Attorney - Legal - Remote

Overview

The Junior Attorney will support Claro Enterprise Solutions by working with internal and external clients on technology and telecommunications agreements, labor law matters, and maintaining corporate records.

In Short

• Prepare, review, and negotiate agreements and documents.
• Maintain corporate books for the company and affiliates.
• Advise on various legal matters and disputes.
• Conduct legal research as needed.
• Assist with corporate audits and administrative duties.
• Provide legal opinions regarding service offerings.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission required.
• 1-3 years of in-house or transactional legal experience.
• Experience in technology law, employment law, and corporate governance.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with management.
• Ability to build relationships across departments.
• High business acumen and good judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
