Clariyu is an entertainment company focused on building a modern character franchise through cozy, expressive play. Our experiences feature original characters and social interactions that invite players to shape the world together. We’re debuting on Roblox and designing for growth across platforms and media to reach fans wherever they play and watch.

We are looking for a dedicated roblox programmer to join our team and collaborate closely with our programmers. You’ll be collaborating with our programmers to design and maintain core systems that drive the player experience.

In Short

• Assist in the development of systems such as mesh deformation and decoration systems.
• Implement essential gameplay features and backend logic.
• Work on interactive creation systems and player-driven progression mechanics.
• Develop dialogue and branching narrative systems.
• Manage shops, economy, and user interaction flows.
• Support long-term content updates.
• Collaborate with team members and attend weekly meetings.
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code.
• Meet deadlines and deliver milestones reliably.
• Engage in problem-solving and independent work when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both front-end and back-end Luau programming.
• Knowledge of optimization practices for performance across a wide range of devices.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to attend weekly meetings.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering milestones.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently when needed.
• Curious and not afraid to ask questions.
