In Short

Designing and implementing robust and innovative gameplay solutions for our titles.
Taking ownership of major gameplay features.
Managing a team of highly skilled game programmers.

Requirements

Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining large gameplay systems/mechanics for AAA titles.
Excellent knowledge of C++.
Familiarity with C++ Standard Library and version control systems.
Cross-platform experience.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
Experience with code reviews.
Authentic passion for games as well as knowledge of the latest titles and trends, especially in FPP games.
Understanding of rules and problems connected with playability in FPP/TPP games.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good command of English.
