Overview

The Venue Find Consultant plays a pivotal role in understanding client requirements for business meetings and events, both in the UK and internationally. Your primary responsibility is to source the most suitable venue, negotiate favourable terms, and secure contracts within the client's budget.

• Understand and interpret client needs for business meetings and events
• Proactively source venues both domestically and internationally
• Negotiate favourable terms with venues
• Leverage knowledge of venue sourcing for competitive pricing
• Ensure contracts meet client and company standards
• Work closely with internal teams for contract management
• Stay updated on venue trends and developments
• Assist in monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to training and development of colleagues
