Overview

The Delivery Architect will oversee and initiate solution direction for Clariti implementations, providing technical leadership and ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Lead technical discovery and analysis workshops.
• Recommend strategy and proposed architecture.
• Provide direction for 3rd party integration and data conversion.
• Drive efficiencies for future implementations.
• Train junior staff members.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams.
• Ensure solutions conform to Clariti’s architecture.
• Maintain communication with customers and partners.
• Document business/technical requirements.
• Contribute to best practices for delivery quality.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or comparable work experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com.
• Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Experience with 3rd party application integration.
• Understanding of data migration methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CLI and DevOps Center.
• Experience leading implementations with clients.
• Agile or modified-Agile experience.
• Able to travel within the USA and Canada as needed.
