Overview

Clario Tech is a product IT company known for its B2C products in high-demand niches such as Lifestyle, Education, and Cybersecurity. We are launching new mobile products and looking for a Growth Product Designer who influences product metrics beyond just creating UI/UX.

In Short

• Work with Web-to-App Funnels
• Analyze current web-to-app transitions and identify friction points
• Develop UX/UI solutions to enhance conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with PMM for hypothesis testing and results analysis
• Improve the core product's UX/UI
• Build and maintain a design system
• Optimize usability and user task performance
• Initiate improvements and new features
• Participate in roadmap formation
• Work with data to drive decisions

Requirements

• Experience with product analytics metrics
• Use of AI-based tools in design
• Strong visual expertise in UI
• Experience with animations and micro-animations
• Must have skills in UX/UI design
• Ability to build web-to-app funnels
• Competitor research skills
• Understanding of A/B testing
• Ability to interpret data from analytics tools
• Knowledge of design best practices
