In Short

• Lead the success of our mobile products by defining clear strategies and prioritizing features.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end processes from concept through launch in both iOS and Android.
• Serve as the primary stakeholder for mobile product vision and feature prioritization.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and data insights to enhance product performance.
• Uphold rigorous standards for product reliability and quality assurance.
• Lead agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of mobile product increments.
• Communicate product vision and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Based remotely in the LATAM region.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager focused on mobile applications.
• Experience managing full product lifecycles in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the capability to take products from concept to launch.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Passionate about creating innovative mobile experiences.
• Skilled in identifying business challenges and proposing viable solutions.
• Deep understanding of mobile technologies and UX/UI principles.
• Experience with AI-driven tools for mobile product development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, with structured communication skills.
