In Short

• Conduct market research: study market trends, competitors, and user needs;
• Manage product requirements: formulate clear and understandable business and product requirements;
• Coordinate teamwork: interact with design, PR, marketing, development, and analytics departments to achieve the overall product development goal;
• Analyze metrics: determine key metrics for evaluating product effectiveness, analyze data, and make informed decisions based on the results;
• Form a backlog: prepare (in cooperation with the Product Owner) and manage the product backlog, ensuring its prioritization according to strategic goals;
• Organize and conduct A/B tests: initiate and implement tests to evaluate changes in the product to improve user experience;
• Systematic monitoring of competitors: track competitors and their strategies, using market best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a related role;
• Experience successfully managing mobile products (with examples of positive results);
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data;
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to work with designers;
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to work independently and close tasks end-to-end.
