Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst at CiviTronix will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and management to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize workflows, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

• Monitor and track project progress against timelines and budgets.
• Develop dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Business Analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
