Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant related discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah.
• A minimum of four years of experience in Transportation Design and/or Design Team Management
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively at all levels
• Proficiency in Bentley Roadway Design software (MicroStation, OpenRoads, Inroads, Connect), AASHTO design guidelines, and familiarity with DOT design processes and specifications.
