Overview

The Senior Project Manager will manage projects for leased and City owned space, ensuring compliance with code, industry, and City standards while providing project management services to support the operational needs of various City agencies.

Requirements

  • Valid New York State Registration as an Architect.
  • Experience as a project leader on complex projects.
  • Strong skills in architectural programming and space planning.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Experience in construction administration.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations.
  • Ability to develop technical drawings and plans.
  • Experience in reviewing construction documents.
  • Commitment to equity and sustainability in project management.
