VP - Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is responsible for assisting with IBM Content Manager OnDemand administration activities, including infrastructure build and maintenance, application and operational process build and maintenance, and providing technical guidance.

In Short

• Intermediate level role focused on infrastructure technology.
• Responsible for incident, problem, and project management.
• Create complex project plans and perform impact analyses.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service.
• Design testing approaches and assist with automation of tasks.

• Act as SME to senior stakeholders.
• Work with virtual and in-person teams under pressure.
• 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure delivery.
• Effective communication and analytical skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services or large complex environments.
• Knowledge of Content Manager On Demand product and environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
