Overview

The Syndicate Operations Settlement Senior Analyst will support the NAM BCMA business, collaborating with various stakeholders to provide excellent service and resolve trade discrepancies.

• Support NAM BCMA Group businesses.
• Develop and implement business initiatives and client solutions.
• Conduct discovery and due diligence for client requests.
• Analyze escalated issues and recommend actions for resolution.
• Manage daily performance related to post-settlement activities.
• Propose improvements for settlement processes and client service.
• Coordinate with clients to assess service quality.
• Act as an advisor to new/junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Drive accountability and transparency in operations.

Requirements

• Understanding of Trade Life Cycle and Operations experience.
• Some accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
