Senior AML Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Compliance AML Execution Senior Analyst is responsible for performing complex and high-risk AML reviews on account activities and conducting due diligence investigations in accordance with the AML Execution team.

In Short

• Perform AML reviews and due diligence investigations.
• Understand Global KYC Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
• Conduct independent research on suspicious client cases.
• Write clear and concise AML summaries.
• Escalate significant suspicious activities to management.
• Develop expertise in AML requirements for different client types.
• Communicate compliance issues to senior management.
• Assist in coaching new analysts.
• Provide feedback on policy/process issues.
• Manage multiple tasks independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree and AML Certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to understand complex products quickly.
• Proactive and organized with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks on time.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Advanced English skills.
