Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Lead Analyst - VP - Remote

Overview

The Wealth Client Segments Control Testing Utility is responsible for the testing of controls designed and owned by Citi’s Wealth Segments businesses. This role involves end-to-end controls monitoring, including design, execution, results reporting, and insight sharing.

In Short

• Lead the testing of controls within Wealth Client Segments.
• Act as a subject matter expert on controls monitoring.
• Design and execute control testing procedures.
• Develop insights and report results on controls testing.
• Train teams on control testing tools and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Assess risks and drive accountability in control execution.
• Support continuous improvements in control assessment processes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Work effectively across different geographies and time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Risk & Controls roles.
• Expertise in controls design and execution.
• Strong understanding of MCA frameworks.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and foster collaboration.
• Independent thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Investment securities and/or insurance licenses preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Less than 10% travel required.
