Operations Support Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Ops Sup Sr. Supervisor is responsible for leading a team to provide operations support services in alignment with Citi's operations infrastructure and processes.

In Short

• Lead and mentor an Operations Support team.
• Delegate daily tasks and recommend new work procedures.
• Conduct training and monitor team performance.
• Analyze operations information to solve problems.
• Identify hiring needs for adequate staffing.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related business experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pension systems and project management.
• Knowledge of Infonavit Law and Social Security Law.
• Ability to manage personnel effectively.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
