Overview

This role at Citi offers the opportunity to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring software quality and compliance with AML standards while working in a hybrid environment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In Short

• Support UAT process and product rollout
• Design and execute testing strategies
• Provide expertise in AML processes and related tools

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in testing, preferably in AML/compliance
• Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL
• Experience with automated workflow tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• ISTQB Certification or similar is a plus
• Ability to work in a multinational environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
