In Short

• Resolve moderately complex problems/projects through analysis and technical experience.
• Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of test scripts.
• Complete control activities and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Collect and organize requirements for hardware acquisition and deployment.
• Gather, compile, and synthesize information regarding technology processes.
• 3-8 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role.
• 2-7 years working experience as a Network Engineer.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN and Help Desk Administration activities.
• Effective analytic and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational process change and improvement.
• Working exposure with Cisco and Load Balancer is good to have.
