Lead Information Security Officer (ISO), SVP - Remote

Overview

The Lead Information Security Officer (ISO) at Citi is responsible for managing information security risk assessments and driving the information security program across the organization.

In Short

• Work with business and technology units to manage information security risks.
• Drive the development of strategies for improving application security.
• Provide strategic risk guidance for business and technology projects.
• Manage security incidents to protect corporate IT assets.
• Conduct security reviews and scenario analysis exercises.
• Facilitate compliance with Information Security policies.
• Oversee Information Security Assessments across applications and infrastructure.
• Participate in IS awareness training programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve non-compliant items.
• Ensure the technical integrity of processes and operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and Information Security.
• Strong understanding of Information Security domains.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with initiative to master new tasks quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Technical certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP).
• Experience with SaaS and/or Public Cloud is a plus.
