Overview

The COB & CM Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role focused on business process analysis and helpdesk support within Citi's Enterprise Resilience Capabilities Team.

In Short

• Serve as a Business Process Analyst and Helpdesk Executive.
• Handle issues and queries related to business continuity and recovery.
• Write Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for enhanced methodologies.
• Utilize analytical thinking and data analysis tools.
• Support tooling solutions for business impact analysis and recovery planning.
• Manage and support applications focusing on stability and functionality.
• Analyze root causes of issues and manage risk effectively.
• Develop procedures and process control manuals.
• Coordinate with compliance and auditing agencies.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
