Fund Accounting Intermediate Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Fund Accounting Intermediate Analyst is responsible for participating in fund valuation activities, assisting in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund activities.

In Short

• Monitor work activities for timeliness and accuracy.
• Calculate NAV and distribution factors.
• Process daily work accurately and timely.
• Act as an escalation point for questions and research.
• Review associate work and provide signoff for complex transactions.
• Develop training materials and train employees.
• Ensure procedures and controls are followed.
• Support fraud quality control.
• Assist manager in procedural changes and BAU administration.
• Assess risk in business decisions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or business-related area.
• Experience in fund administration and project management.
• Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
