Overview

As a Client Onboarding Junior Analyst at Citi, you will engage with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate the account opening process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

In Short

• Coordinate and execute the client account opening process.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for clients.
• Enhance the Client Experience and advocate for clients.
• Perform due diligence on documentation for compliance.
• Update inventory database with processing status.
• Manage client queries end to end using project management skills.
• Coordinate special projects as required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in a documentation or legal environment is preferable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
