Overview

The Call Monitoring Analyst is responsible for conducting surveillance monitoring reviews to support the Investments and Insurance business across APAC, ensuring compliance with sales processes while analyzing client behaviors and documenting findings.

In Short

  • Review and disposition of alert triggers based on investigation results.
  • Analyze client behaviors using KYC and account information.
  • Document and track corrective actions from findings.
  • Prepare trend analysis and surveillance reports.
  • Provide feedback and coaching on sales processes.
  • Consult with internal departments on operational matters.
  • Continuously seek process improvements.
  • Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of banking experience in consumer products.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or compliance is a plus.
  • Good understanding of local sales advisory regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent judgment and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Multilingual skills, especially Cantonese, are mandatory.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
