Business Analytics Lead Analyst - AML/KYC - Remote

Overview

The KYC Project Manager is responsible for leading Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities at Citi, focusing on the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC program.

In Short

• Lead AML KYC related projects and collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams.
• Drive business requirements and data mapping initiatives on large, complex projects.
• Identify inefficiencies in technology systems and drive improvements.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Work with USPB KYC Operations to understand and address operational issues.
• Operate with limited supervision and take initiative to solve challenges.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Assess risks in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate ethical judgment in business practices.
• Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst.
• Experience in Financial Services is required.
• Knowledge of Retail Banking, Wealth, and Credit Cards is preferred.
• Experience with waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle is a plus.
• Experience in AML KYC, CTR, and Transaction Monitoring is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
