AVP, Fullstack Developer (Applications Development Sr Programmer Analyst) - Remote

Overview

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team, contributing to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

In Short

• Conduct feasibility studies and time/cost estimates.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems.
• Recommend and develop security measures post-implementation.
• Consult with users/clients on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes.
• Act as a coach to new or lower-level analysts.
• Assess risk when making business decisions.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide user and operational support on applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Full Stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in building web applications using Java, Angular/React, and Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise integrations through RESTful APIs and Kafka.
• Expertise in Elastic Search, NoSQL databases, and Caching solutions.
• Experience in designing and optimizing software solutions.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Familiarity with Cloud and migration of applications to Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
