The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

In Short

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and IT planning.
• Monitor and control all phases of development process.
• Provide user and operational support on applications.
• Act as product owner and scrum master.
• Recommend and develop security measures.
• Consult with users/clients on issues and solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes.
• Coach new or lower level analysts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Significant relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience in COBOL/DB2/CICS/VSAM/MQ.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
