VP / Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Partner with management teams for function integration.
• Identify and define system enhancements for new products.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of business processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and design.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers.
• Assess risk in business decisions with compliance considerations.
• Demonstrate leadership and project management skills.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal forms.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Application Development.
• Extensive system analysis and workflow design experience preferred.
• Subject Matter Expert in Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
