Analyst, SAP Design Solution - 12 Month Remote Contract

Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications, the Analyst, Solution Design, is responsible for delivering on the mandates of the multi-year digital transformation strategy to support the expansion of extended producer responsibility programs across Canada.

The position mandates include SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support, with a focus on understanding business processes and translating these into system requirements. Success comes from collaborating closely with stakeholders from various functional areas to understand requirements, analyze business needs, and propose solutions leveraging SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain module capabilities.

This is a 12-month contract, requiring Full-Time hours.

In Short

• Impart technology consulting expertise and create functional and technical specifications for the delta design.
• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules.
• Assess impact and gaps in current business processes.
• Enable the SAP S/4HANA conversion by executing necessary system configurations.
• Support business and software transformations as part of a multi-year program.
• Participate in full systems development lifecycles.
• Refine and document technical requirements on Procure to Pay processes.
• Act as a functional expert on integrated business processes.
• Gather and document system and process requirements.
• Use continuous improvement skills to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• S/4 HANA implementation experience is required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP MM/Supply Chain Module.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping methodology.
• Ability to articulate design concepts verbally and in writing.
• Experience managing tasks through JIRA and Confluence.
