Copy Director - Remote

Overview

Circle of Greatness is seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven Copy Director to lead all copy across our email, SMS, funnel, and website marketing ecosystem.

In Short

• Own and oversee all copy across email, SMS, funnels, and website pages.
• Define messaging frameworks, campaign angles, and conversion strategies.
• Guide and develop junior copywriters on tone, structure, and execution.
• Review, edit, and approve all outgoing copy across campaigns and web assets.
• Analyze performance across campaigns and funnels (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue).
• Act as the primary copy lead for 4–5 key partners.
• Work closely with junior copywriters to produce high-quality campaigns and funnel assets.
• Support launches for promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all copy is delivered accurately and on time.
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize copy across email, SMS, and web pages.

Requirements

• Proven experience in copywriting and managing copy teams, preferably in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in email, SMS, funnel, and website copywriting.
• Track record of writing or directing copy that drives measurable results.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Ability to balance creative direction with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
