Overview

Circa Scientific is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to drive sales of our portfolio of leading Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) and Interventional Cardiology products within the assigned territory & region.

In Short

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives.
  • Implement sales strategies that drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM and sales reporting tools to monitor territory performance, identify market trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with VP of Sales to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop relationships with residency and fellowship programs to drive product adoption and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing / Product Management team to stay up-to-date on product launch updates and new market opportunities.
  • Implement corporate sales and marketing strategies to competitively position the Circa portfolio.
  • Cross-sell portfolio products that support a ‘Procedural Sale’.
  • Execute new product launches within the territory.

Requirements

  • Strong selling skills and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in sales of cardiovascular medical devices.
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of EP cardiology procedures and terminology.
  • Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.
