Overview

The Experiential Director will be responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs for a Payment Services Client, with a focus on developing tailored strategic plans and managing multiple projects.

In Short

  • Lead all aspects of event programming from brainstorm to execution.
  • Serve as the day-to-day client liaison across multiple programs.
  • Develop tailored experiential event strategic plans.
  • Manage numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee materials related to individual events.
  • Create relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Facilitate program budgets and accounting procedures.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of event/brand marketing experience.
  • Experience in event management with direct ownership or lead responsibilities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Proven success in building strong client relationships.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Desire to supervise and mentor junior employees.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays.
