Foreman - Utility Scale Solar Projects - Remote

Overview

The Foreman will provide site leadership and manage day-to-day operations on utility scale solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of services.

• Lead day-to-day operations on solar projects up to 20MW DC.
• Manage production of company and subcontract crews.
• Facilitate project planning and maintain project schedules.
• Engage with customers and coordinate construction activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality assurance inspections.
• Assist in project budgeting and document management.
• Track daily progress and report on project status.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Support other divisions as needed.
• Handle special assignments as requested by leadership.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience preferred.
• NFPA 70E Certification preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations; OSHA training available.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends, and travel full time.
• Knowledge of local codes and NEC code.
• Effective time management and collaborative work style.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in varying temperatures.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring physical endurance.
