Overview

We are looking for a Junior Regional Manager for the DACH region to support our franchise partners and ensure the success of their stores.

In Short

• Act as a contact for system partners regarding their stores.
• Provide operational advice and strategic support based on data.
• Assist in optimizing store operations.
• Conduct quality audits in stores.
• Ensure compliance with system standards.
• Organize training for franchise partners.
• Support new franchise partners during openings.
• Travel within Germany and the DACH region.
• Communicate effectively in German and English.
• Work in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in franchise, field service, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and self-confidence.
• Reliability and responsibility.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Enjoy data analysis and familiarity with MS 365.
• Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Driver's license (Class B) and stress resilience.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
