In Short

  • Work closely with new and existing customers to understand their Trust & Safety challenges.
  • Collaborate with the founding team and others in a team selling environment.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Identify partner needs to launch and grow partnerships.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Manage sales strategy and operations using tools like Salesforce.
  • Prioritize product improvements with customer engineering teams.
  • Work with product designers to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and humility in learning new spaces.
  • Experience with complex, multi-month sales cycles.
  • Comfortable operating in a small company environment.
  • Experience navigating partnership agreements.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and take initiative.
  • Relentless optimism balanced with realism.
  • Familiarity with internet safety and technical tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
