Civil Engineering Technician - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

The Civil Engineering Technician will join a team of transportation specialists to design, model, and implement transportation infrastructure projects while also supervising construction sites.

In Short

• Participate in the production of transportation infrastructure plans.
• Support technical design and material quantity evaluations.
• Create and manage 3D road design models.
• Assist in maintaining CAD design software.
• Update technical documents as projects evolve.
• Work in the field post-construction.
• Prepare technical studies and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in the construction industry (an asset).
• Completed worksite safety training (ASP card).
• Fluency in spoken and written French.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Knowledge of OpenRoads Design software (an asset).
