In Short

• Join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, designers, and planners.
• Work across 17 office locations and remotely throughout the United States.
• Prepare clear, concise drawings and BIM models under supervision.
• Conduct materials research and specification preparation.
• Assist with cost-estimating and data input.
• Provide on-site construction observation on projects.
• Attend weekly classes and training videos.
• Collaborate with project teams across the nation.
• Work with a variety of local and national clients.
• Visit construction sites with project leaders.

Requirements

• Completion of 3+ years of an A&E related undergraduate program.
• Basic knowledge of Civil 3D, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• A passion for client-focused design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
