Overview

As a Senior Production Support Engineer at CIBC, you will be part of a relationship-oriented bank, providing crucial second-level support on client and technical issues while ensuring the smooth operation of production applications.

In Short

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an application support role.
• 1 to 3 years of business experience in banking.
• Experience with user provisioning software.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience in Hyperion and MaxL scripting.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and changes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
