• DevSecOps implementation experience.
• Solid understanding of the complete software development life cycle.
• Team leadership experience with inclusive management practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.
• Multi-cloud experience is a plus.
