• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI agents to meet client needs.
• Act as a technical reference within the team, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative solutions.
• Develop software solutions using Java and Python.
• Design and implement advanced, scalable user interfaces using Angular.
• Define software architectures and ensure best development practices are applied.
• Implement and optimize microservices and REST APIs for high performance and scalability.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting technical growth within the team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in development processes.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software development, focusing on Java and Python.
• Proficiency in Angular for front-end interface development.
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Knowledge in automated testing practices, CI/CD, and coding best practices.
• Experience with tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with the Azure platform or other cloud services.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence principles and their practical applications.
• Experience in agile methodologies and version control with Git.
• Able to work autonomously and technically lead projects and teams with a focus on delivering value.
