In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop a minimal governance plan.
• Define and implement data governance processes aligned with existing architecture.
• Promote best practices in data governance across the organization.
• Facilitate communication between different business areas to ensure governance practices meet all needs.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to data governance.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Architect.
• Proven experience in data governance, preferably in Azure and Databricks environments.
• Strong knowledge in data product development practices and “Data as a Product”.
• Experience in projects requiring the definition of data governance processes.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to interact with different business areas and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
