Requirements

• Completed training as a customer advisor or sales consultant is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow existing processes.
• Quick comprehension and high discipline.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good handling of performance pressure.
• A calm and pleasant voice.
• Excellent command of High German, both spoken and written.
• Prior knowledge in online marketing, coaching, consulting, etc., is advantageous but not necessary.
