Overview

The Senior Technical Architect serves as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to the company’s largest, most complex enterprise customers, driving towards the best possible solutions.

In Short

• Collaborate with Customers and Partners during project cycles.
• Provide guidance during implementation and architect the system.
• Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions.
• Mentor diverse teams in technical and non-technical aspects.
• Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services.
• Act as lead architect coordinating multiple architects.
• Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
• Available for regional and occasional international travel.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic required.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes via technology.
• Experience guiding customers in deploying emerging technology.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Experience in enterprise application integration concepts.
• Ability to build relationships with C-level decision makers.
• Experience in defining and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce.
