Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at Cheddar, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to customers, primarily through remote communication channels.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with zendesk; familiarity with google suite and CRM is a plus.
