Senior Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work hand-in-hand with multiple business departments to develop complex models and effectively communicate their business impacts, ensuring Checkr maintains its leadership position in efficiency, quality, and other key metrics identified by you and pertinent stakeholders.

In Short

• Partner with business stakeholders to gain deep understanding of our products and customers
• Develop models to inform decision making, optimize conversion, and drive growth within the company
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations from your models to a non-technical audience
• Collaborate closely with product owners and marketing teams to analyze the value of new features
• Create customer profiles and develop metrics such as LTV and Churn
• Analyze and recommend improvements to website performance
• Educate and promote a data driven culture through experimentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role
• Experience in synthesizing business problems and building models
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and A/B testing
• Experience in product-led growth A/B experiments
• Proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A demonstrated self-starter with excellent prioritization skills
