Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Data Science & Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy ML models that power our cutting-edge technologies like voice ordering, prediction algorithms and customer-facing analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to take models from prototyping through to production, continuously improving accuracy, scalability, and maintainability.

In Short

• Design and build next-generation ML models using advanced tools.
• Build robust feature pipelines from large-scale data.
• Define metrics and run A/B tests for model evaluation.
• Own the entire modeling lifecycle including feature creation and maintenance.
• Implement logging and monitoring for model performance.

• Mentor junior engineers in ML engineering best practices.
• Produce documentation of model architecture and procedures.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in machine learning model development.
• Proficiency in tools like PyTorch and AWS SageMaker.
• Strong understanding of feature engineering techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing and model evaluation metrics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and presentations.
