Vice President of Operations & Growth - Remote

Overview

The Vice President (VP), Operations & Growth provides executive leadership for ChartPro’s Release of Information (ROI) services, owning enterprise-wide performance across onsite and remote service models. This role is accountable for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, client experience, and scalable growth ensuring accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant fulfillment of medical record requests while improving margins and enabling expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior Operations leadership.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules and PHI handling.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and improving margins.
• Experience leading distributed teams across onsite and remote models.
• Business Development experience to support new business.
