Overview

The Center for Health Equity & Belonging (CCHEB) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Program Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of programs that advance CCHEB’s vision to “create a liberated healthcare system free of bias, discrimination, and disparities—resulting in equitable health for all”. This role will play a critical part in directing strategic projects and initiatives aimed at advancing health equity knowledge, skill sets, and competencies for internal and external stakeholders.

In Short

  • Design, develop, and deliver learning materials and educational programs around health equity.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and report on the impact of education initiatives.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends in health equity.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights and knowledge products.
  • Plan and execute stakeholder convenings and engagement events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Partner with consulting teams to integrate health equity frameworks into client engagements.
  • Provide project management support for consulting initiatives.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise during the consulting process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a health equity context.
  • Experience organizing stakeholder convenings and public engagement efforts.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver educational content.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Deep understanding of health equity and systemic issues.
