• Manage execution of enterprise shuttles and large events across the US and Canada.
• Travel to shuttle or event locations for program launch.
• Oversee daily operations of shuttle and enterprise programs.
• Plan and manage complex logistical movements.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for safety and quality.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure drivers adhere to operational guidelines.
• Track and report on efficiency and performance of operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication.
• Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics/operations management.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for on-site operations and travel.
• Prior military experience preferred.
• 75% travel required throughout North America.
• Must be on-site as necessary.
• Experience in coordinating emergency management vehicle logistics is a plus.
